Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your watch is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at noctraus@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

We only offer replacements or refunds if the item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective or malfunctioning

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Shipping Policy 

Once an item has shipped, it is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on shipped orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect sizing selection

  • General dislike of the product

  • Orders already in transit
